The purpose of this book is to help bilinguals understand how speaking two different languages may cause them to question their original identity, because one's personality might change according to the language they speak. It informs how Code-Switching can be a tool instead of a barrier for them.

This book is inspired by my own experience as a trilingual (Indonesian, English, and Korean). Sometimes I have an identity crisis and wonder which one is the "real" me. I noticed that I tend to match my personality according to the language I speak.

Upon researching and interviewing my bilingual friends, I realized that I wasn't the only one struggling. The term Code-Switching needs to be normalized so that bilinguals can better understand themselves.
